Former Madison County Tennessee Sheriff David Woolfork visits The Investigator to discuss and comment on police reform and civil unrest. David Woolfork began his law enforcement career as a police dispatcher and worked his way up through the ranks to be the first African American to be elected Sheriff in Madison County and the first person of color to be elected President of the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association. His 20 years of service as Sheriff of Madison County is the longest anyone has ever held that position.
