We try and explore how our attitude and demeanor can ACTUALLY CAUSE violence to erupt, or tend to calm the situation down.
Of course, the suggestions we make in this series will not work on EVERY person, in EVERY situation, but, they WILL WORK in many circumstances. 
This is serious business. We are talking about possibly keeping you from getting hurt. Or worse.
